Case Study

Case Study: LARM
LARM, a global mobility and relocation management leader, contacted us to enhance and update their corporate website. They aimed to reach their target audience more effectively and have users access all the necessary information efficiently.
Additionally, the site needed to be made responsive and the overall functionality of the website optimized.
What was the problem
What was
the problem
One of the most significant problems with LARM’s previous website was that it was outdated. The original site was developed over a decade ago, lacking in many technical aspects. Plus, the design and layouts were obsolete and uninviting.
In addition, the website didn’t offer a suitable user experience, and the company could not control the back-end, making it impossible for them to make changes and maintain the site properly.

How we fixed it
We wanted to focus on developing a functional website that was easy to navigate and presented the information concisely with an inviting and attractive design. We also wanted to facilitate communication between the company and prospective clients to boost leads.
We came up with:
- A complete restructuring of the page, eliminating unnecessary information and highlighting key information for user exploration, making it SEO friendly.
- We added contact forms and quick links to speed up contact with local offices and relocation specialists.
- We created an interactive map of the company’s coverage to make navigation more dynamic and inviting.

More Solutions

Functionality
We updated every website component, ensuring all links, plug-ins, forms, and features worked adequately and served a purpose. The site was also made responsive for users to access the site from phones, tablets, laptops, or desktops without hiccups.
Finally, we created an easy-to-manage back-end through plug-ins and widgets that offered LARM independence and rendered them control over their new site.

UX Design
User experience was our top priority! Therefore, we planned to restructure the webpage with users, focusing on design, integrating high-quality and eye-catching images, adjusting text layouts, adding new features to facilitate user navigation, and making clear and concise internal pages.

Branding
We decided to develop a modern-minimalist design based on the existing branding.
Together with the client, to push it towards a more cohesive idea — maintaining a five-color palette across the entire site, using only two fonts, including only high-resolution images, and incorporating company assets such as the iconic LARM “links.”

Coverage Map
We created an interactive map to showcase the company’s coverage, as this is one of the main advantages of the relocation industry.
We used pop-ups on the map that included vital information about each country and direct contacts for LARM’s local offices. This new feature sets them apart from the competition, thus creating a helpful user recall for our client’s reach.
