Clients can cancel their monthly subscriptions at any time through their account on our website.
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. This means you will continue to have access to the services you’ve paid for until the end of the current month.
- No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the month.

2. Cancellation of Customized Services
For services that are not part of a subscription, such as customized projects or one-time contracts, the cancellation policy may vary depending on the agreement signed between the client and Creative Pear Agency.
- In case of cancellation before the project’s completion, the progress of the work will be evaluated, and proportional fees will be applied for the services already rendered.
- If a partial refund is agreed upon, it will be based on the amount of work completed by the time of cancellation.
3. Refunds
Creative Pear Agency does not offer refunds for services already rendered or for canceled subscriptions. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or if you encounter any issues with our service, please contact our support team at creativepearagency@gmail.com to discuss your case.
4. Special Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., if we have been unable to provide the service as promised due to a major technical failure or reasons beyond our control), Creative Pear Agency reserves the right to offer a full or partial refund. Such exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
