- Once the subscription cycle has begun, no refunds will be issued for unused time or for early cancellation of the service.

2. Refunds for Technical Issues or Errors
In exceptional cases, if a technical error or a serious failure on our part prevents the proper provision of the service, Creative Pear Agency will evaluate the case and may offer a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the problem.
3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation of subscription services after the billing cycle has begun.

- Rejection of delivered content without valid reason or violation of the policies of social media platforms external to Creative Pear Agency.

Once a refund is approved, we will process the return within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
